Job Description

This role will be heavily involved in manual data entry into both our new media tool and into D365. 


  • ·       Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, is well organized, a self-starter, and detail oriented
  • ·       Knowledge of basic accounting principles, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, and multi-tasking skills
  • ·       Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • ·       Communicates professionally with all levels of employees across the organization
  • ·       Emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • ·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills
  • ·        Previous experience with computer applications, such as Dynamics 365, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is preferred

Key Responsibilities


• Match vendor invoices received to customer campaigns in Media Ocean

• Release invoices approved in Media Ocean to D365

• Receipt actual quantities captured in the Media Ocean tool to the sales orders in D365

• Document process and trouble shoot issues related to the new Media Ocean tool

• Assist AP with purchase order issues related to the new process

• Assist AR with invoice portal uploads

• Assist AR with invoice revisions

• Assist with other accounting department task as time allows
