The Design Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating various design projects, managing internal communications initiatives, and supporting the Marketing and Communications team in delivering effective internal content. You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and meet high-quality standards. 


  • Coordinate and oversee various internal communication projects, including but not limited to internal stationery and branding, invites, logos, PowerPoint presentations, and new hire videos. Work closely with Designers to ensure these projects are delivered on time and align with the company's branding guidelines
  • Blog Content: Assist in cropping and formatting blog content, ensuring it is visually appealing and ready for publication
  • Manage the gathering of content and timing for marketing emails. Enter all content into campaign monitor and ensure email campaigns are executed successfully
  • Lead and moderate project tracker meetings, ensuring the project tracker is up to date and all team members are aware of project statuses and deadlines
  • Collaborate with Producers on onboarding processes, particularly in the design and communication aspects to help new employees feel welcomed and informed
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of team birthday cards to celebrate special occasions within the company
  • Work closely with producer to ensure the CRM process is efficient and contributes to the overall success of our marketing and communications efforts


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar coordination or project management role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with design software and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Campaign Monitor)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
  • Knowledge of branding and design principles is a plus
