Role: Marketing, Sales Enablement
Responsibilities/Overview:
Humana’s Sales Enablement Marketing team is looking for a Marketing analyst for a short term assignment. As the Marketing analyst, Sales Enablement, you will contribute to the operational execution of sales enablement tools and materials (supporting our Medicare products) provided to agents to utilize with prospective members during their shopping and enrollment journey. The campaigns and materials are designed to increase sales and awareness for the organization’s Medicare products and enable agents to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and members. You will assist in the development of the campaign/material creation process and production.
Key Responsibilities
- Project management of digital and print materials, operations and processes
- Ensure projects are operating efficiently, staying on schedule
- Direct and build relationships with internal project teams
- Initiate collaboration across teams to align on expectations, meet deadlines and increase productivity
- Maintain high quality and compliance standard of product and delivery through using enterprise tools
- Manage high quantity of materials and translation process
- Maintain materials tracking system, providing timeline updates as projects progress
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong relationship building and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines
- Highly detail oriented and organized
- Exceptional at proofing
- Strong planning and time management skills
