Manager, Retention
Los Angeles, CA – Hybrid
$52-55/hr
The Manager, Retention is responsible for supporting the execution of CRM initiatives. This position reports to Sr. Manager, Fan Engagement and supports a best-in-class CRM campaigns team. This role will liaise between the design, CRM, Retention Strategy and other stakeholder teams to maintain the campaign calendar and manage all the moving pieces leading up to campaign deployment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support across all CRM marketing campaigns including project management across creative briefs, loyalty initiatives, routing campaigns for approval, and reviewing performance
• Assist with ensuring established internal processes and documentation are followed, flagging with appropriate teams when information is missing
• Working within Airtable (Campaign Management Tool) to project manage all the moving pieces leading up to campaign deployment
• Manage stakeholder documentation
• Effectively summarize and action on requested last-minute changes, relaying information and delegating updates to relevant teams
• Work alongside MarTech team to help with requirements gathering when deploying new types of campaigns
• Act as subject matter expert of assets by managing, coordinating and updating creative assets needed for campaigns
• Update Movable Ink Sports schedules and team/club standings in CRM copy and schedules as needed
• Work closely with the CRM team to ensure campaigns are live and running
• Provide support for additional Ad Hoc campaigns as needed by brand lead
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience in email and mobile marketing campaign operations and/or project management
• Previous experience working in customer marketing, preferably on a high-volume CRM team
• Ability to QA, troubleshoot and problem solve
• Experience with Airtable, Braze, Microsoft Office, and Slack Desired
Preferred Qualifications:
• Digital marketing or digital marketing operations experience required
• Agency and/or entertainment experience a plus
• Organized with an acute attention to detail and focus on delivering excellence
• Flexibility and an ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Self-starter who can work independently, is proactive, resourceful and possess good follow-through
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and project management skills required
• Ability to interface with colleagues from various disciplines including CRM, Brand, and Operations
