Senior Data Analyst

Ongoing Contract w/ opportunity for hire

Remote – Atlanta, GA

$50+/Hour DOE

As the Senior Data Analyst, you’d be an active contributor to the Marketing team at this major US retailer. You’d be responsible for keeping projects on-task, implementing data strategy, working heavily with internal stakeholders to enhancing the Marketing experience for this Fortune 30 Retail client and their entire marketing ecosystem. On this team, you’d be managing the usability of their data systems, working with creative partners and utilizing data to create effective strategy for the users’ experience.



      Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to gather and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.

      Analyze the current implementation of marketing technology systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

      Develop and implement standardized taxonomies across marketing teams and systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.

      Create and implement data management processes and procedures to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and security.

      Demonstrate a strong understanding of relational databases to effectively query and manipulate data.

      Utilize your experience in gathering insights from large datasets to extract meaningful information and drive informed decision-making.



      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

      3+ years of experience in a data analyst role, with a focus on data governance, infrastructure, and solutions development.

      Proficiency in SQL or a similar programming language for data analysis and manipulation.

      Experience working with massive datasets and implementing data management best practices.

      Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

      Proven track record of translating business requirements into actionable insights and data-driven strategies.

      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
