Length: Long-term temporary position with possibility for extension or conversion; cannot be guaranteed

 

Location: Louisville, KY

 

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST

Responsible for managing creative development projects, developing local marketing campaigns that raise awareness amongst our Medicare eligible target audience, and working in collaboration with Medicare market-based operations and sales teams across the country. Contribute in organizing, reviewing, and executing campaigns that deliver business results and build Humana’s brand. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Independently lead marketing projects that help support team objectives and guide them through successful implementation while abiding by established marketing guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate project status to meet a range of stakeholders’ needs
  • Developing, tracking and analyzing marketing metrics and spend in reports that pioneer new levels of simplicity
  • Accountability to compliance processes for the creation and filing of marketing materials as well as ensure that compliance and milestones are being met on time and according to the highest of standards
  • Create standing and ad hoc reports and PowerPoint presentations with direction of the reporting marketing team member

Role Essentials 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Highly collaborative and team oriented
  • Lots of energy around project management with a track record creating and implementing high-visibility, high-impact projects
  • Ability to balance many projects with flexibility and responsiveness to change
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize projects based on upcoming deadlines
  • Ability to build trust and foster highly effective relationships with team members and associates at all levels of the organization 
  • Highly responsive, reliable and proactive
  • Strong project administration skills, including reporting, meeting facilitation, project timelines and other effective use of project-related communications
  • Ability to estimate costs, manage vendor deliverables and to define budgets
