MarTech Associate

Flexible (Preference for New York, Los Angeles available) – Hybrid

$40-43/hr

We are seeking a MarTech Associate to join our streaming client's team, supporting various channels and platforms. This is a dynamic role within their Marketing Technology department, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of creative and features across their marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with MarTech team leads on project priorities & reporting
  • Facilitate asset sourcing, including image and font acquisition
  • Manage deep link creation tasks, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Conduct consistent quality assurance testing for various functionalities and features with a focus on web platforms
  • Provide feedback and support to develop consistent testing workflows
  • Manage QC reporting to support error rate optimization
  • Collaborate with team members on training initiatives and knowledge sharing for tools and platforms to support self-service onboarding
  • Support bi-weekly sprint processes & tracking maintenance

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of QA principles and methodologies, with experience in testing web development projects
  • Familiarity with CMS tools and platforms, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems
  • Exposure to Agile workflows a plus
  • Experience in asset sourcing and management is a plus
  • Proficiency in deeplink creation and tracking is a plus
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and remote colleagues
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous internship experience or recent graduate with relevant coursework in marketing technology, web development, or related fields preferred
