12-month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $41/hr.

As the Marketing Project Manager for Calculated Hire’s largest Financial Services Client, you will play a pivotal role in leading a global Project Management team dedicated to supporting various lines of business in the creation of impactful marketing materials. Your expertise will shine as you spearhead the evolution of an Agile workflow process methodology, fostering collaboration among a diverse team of 130+ co-workers across multiple disciplines. Your strategic planning skills will be put to the test as you work cross-functionally with internal and external client partners, ensuring the timely and budget-conscious delivery of high-quality marketing collateral that resonates with the Client’s customers. Additionally, you will execute integrated project plans with the senior leadership team, overseeing critical initiatives such as new tool and software implementation, alignment of departmental priorities, and the development of yearly performance targets. Your commitment to efficiency and process improvements within a stringent compliance and risk review system will drive continuous enhancements, making a significant impact on the success of the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in larger efforts to independently manage sub-program components and identify opportunity for smaller scale, lower risk projects such as initiation planning, executing, controlling, and closing within change management.
  • Identify and capture basic project dependencies and interdependencies, ensure alignment of actions and artifacts with project policy, methodology and appropriate business deliverables are produced, maintained and milestones are met.
  • Exercise independent judgment to guide project plans, budgets, resolution of issues and ensure project tasks are completed according to established timelines.
  • Present recommendations for setting, tracking, and managing project financials and develop business related tasks for project planning and tracking.
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in identifying, analyzing and reporting the risks related to immediate deliverables.
  • Collaborate and consult with subject matter experts, sponsors, stakeholders, project roles, direct managers, program leads, project individuals, risk managers, business partners and outside vendors.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning, or Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
  • Experience managing project workflows in the Agile Methodology.
  • Expertise supporting stakeholder requests, managing creative’s timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of Marketing collateral.
  • Proven ability to manage marketing programs, initiate project timelines, and execute on project deliverables.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to consult and work effectively with subject matter experts, sponsors, stakeholders, project roles, direct managers, program leads, project individuals, risk managers, business partners, and outside vendors.
  • Excellent presentation skills to convey recommendations and project-related information clearly and persuasively.
  • Track record of ensuring timely completion of project tasks according to established timelines, showcasing a strategic approach to project management.
