Sales Enablement Marketing

 

The Sales Enablement Marketing Consultant collaborates with business partners to understand product specific objectives and uses these findings to provide trusted counsel on content strategy and marketing direction while infusing the brand across consumer touch points.  The Marketing consultant will work with sales teams to understand needs and act as the point person working with creative agency partners and review partners to ensure quality marketing tactics are compliant and delivered to market timely. The position requires the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion while driving strategy and execution. 

 

Day-to-day responsibilities:

 

·      Devising engagement strategies for key audiences within different stages of the conversion funnel

·      Ensuring all marketing is on-brand, consistent in voice and tonality, and optimized for user experience across all channels including Print, Social, Email, Ads, etc. 

·      Creating and managing the planning cycle, deliverables, and annual marketing calendar

·      Delivering measurement strategies and overseeing to ensure execution; leading and managing effective reporting and related communications to the business

·      Collaborating cross-functionally and with external vendors

·      Ensuring materials are compliant and align with quality standards by shepherding materials through the review process, translation process and loading process.

 

Role Essentials:

 

·      Demonstrated success in transforming business objectives and sales team feedback into creative strategy and campaign management

·      Experience creating and delivering presentations to communicate content strategy, communication plans, data driven results and consumer insights to stakeholders

·      Marketing experience with a strength for managing and prioritizing a diverse set of projects

·      Ability to influence, and collaborate in a cross-functional environment

·      Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; able to communicate at all levels of an organization

·      Project management background/process improvement experience is a plus
