SAP Trainer – Customer Care Operations

Location: Virtual

Industry: Utilities

Pay: $17-21/hr – based on experience

Calculated Hire is looking for four (4) SAP Corporate Trainers to help support our Utilities client based in Charlotte with new/existing employee training for a new Customer Information System (SAP). The SAP implementation will impact each of the jurisdictions that our client has – Carolinas East, Carolinas West, Florida, Midwest.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate SAP training for new hires or existing employees and provide performance support and feedback to supervisors

• Develops effective working relationships with customers and teammates to support a cohesive team effort

Conducts SAP new hire training

• Delivers SAP training and reviews for new or revised processes in team meetings

• Partners with Supervision to address issues, concerns and actions needed regarding Specialists’ performance to assist in behavior-based coaching

• Identifies issues, advises supervisor of status, and develops and executes plans of action to remedy, monitor, and control to minimize negative impact.

• Provides real-time feedback on performance and identified behaviors based on coaching and other reports

• Develops effective working relationships with customers and teammates to support a cohesive team effort

• • Assists in the development of training products and services through needs assessments to meet customer goals and objectives

• Identifies and addresses root cause issues undermining the achievement of business goals, including those motivational or environmental in nature

• Develops or revises training products and services in accordance with approved processes and directives

• Ensures satisfaction of customers by delivering responsive, high quality and cost-effective products and services

• Ensures adherence to established service metrics and tools for measuring performance

• Solves training problems by reviewing and analyzing situations, guidelines, precedents, and company trends

• Develops logical conclusions, and escalates more complex problems as needed to Change Management

• Leads projects related to internal or vendor training

• Serves as Subject Matter Expert in the interpretation and application of SAP business processes, systems, products and services

• Solves training problems by reviewing and analyzing situations, guidelines, precedents, and company trends and developing logical conclusions, and escalates more complex problems as needed.

Education Requirement:

• Associates degree

• SAP related work experience or Customer Care Training is preferred
