We are currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our retail client's eCommerce hiring team. The recruiter will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and deliver strategic and tactical recruiting support to the company's ECOMM division. This will include full lifecycle recruitment and interaction with various business leaders and hiring managers. As required, they will partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand business goals, and identify, source, screen and attract a diverse slate of candidates to meet job requirements. They will work closely with their counterparts who play similar roles in support of other TA Managers. The ideal candidate would have ecommerce recruiting experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate sourcing, including the use of Internet job boards, creative sourcing, social media, internal resume database, & direct sourcing.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process from sourcing and selection through final offer as required
  • Perform phone interviews and face-to-face interviews as required
  • Effectively sell, brand, and market Newell Brands and its various divisions, compensation plans, etc.
  • Build relationships with specific organizations and associations
  • Build productive partnerships with management at all levels to gain the trust as a knowledgeable advisor/solution provider
  • Support special projects and improvement efforts as needed
  • Leverage market data to educate, inform, and influence business partners at various levels

Qualifications:

  • BS or University degree from four-year college or university
  • 3-7 years of significant recruiting and candidate sourcing experience
  • Proven, results oriented recruiting background – including direct sourcing experience, Internet sourcing experience, familiarity with job boards and social media recruiting, & ATS/applicant tracking systems. Previous experience with Taleo a plus
  • Ability to work independently / autonomously
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders including business leaders, hiring managers, internal departments/functions, supplier partners, candidates, and contractors, along with managing associated expectations
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Comfortable working across time zones and within all levels of an organization
  • Able to flex between roles, tasks, and initiatives depending on what’s best for the business
  • High energy, detail focused, self-starter, action-oriented contributor with growth potential
