Traffic Coordinator

Calculated Hire is looking for a Traffic Coordinator to support one of their Fortune 500 Telecom clients in the Charlotte Uptown area. This individual will work with marketing, advertising, development, and sales departments to facilitate the placements of ads and help their clients achieve their advertising goals.


  • Ensure that products and services have properly targeted advertisements that have a consistent tone and message
  • Work across all media to facilitate the placement of advertising developed by marketing or advertising departments
  • Make sure all advertisement are properly tailored to their media and targeted audience, and then purchases the time or platforms needed to bring the ads to the public eye
  • Collect and analyze data on the campaign's effectiveness which frequently involves statistical analysis on consumers reached by various advertisements, sales, and reconciliation of related data
  • Ensure that projects move along seamlessly through the work process from start to completion
  • Manage outgoing and incoming shipments, process invoices, enter information into program logs and interact with external vendors
  • Create and maintain work schedules to track and prioritize responsibilities between various departments
  • Send out communications to corporate offices and employees


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Interest in Sales, Marketing, and/or Advertising
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
