We're seeking a content professional who blends UX writing and content strategy with a strong marketing background. You'll craft clear, engaging copy for interfaces while maintaining a structured content library that supports scalable, consistent experiences across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft
- Write microcopy for digital interfaces — buttons, menus, error messages, tooltips — that enhances clarity and usability.
- Maintain and evolve voice and tone guidelines to balance usability with brand personality across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure consistency between product UX and marketing messaging.
- Contribute to the redesign of our native app experience, ensuring a fresh, intuitive look and feel aligned with modern UX best practices.
Documentation & Governance
- Maintain a centralized content library of reusable assets across Product Design.
- Create clear, scalable documentation for content workflows, governance, and usage guidelines.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Accessibility teams to ensure all content meets regulatory, accessibility (WCAG), and inclusivity standards.
- Document and evolve our design system principles, ensuring consistency in tone, language, and interaction patterns across digital products.
Skills & Qualifications
- Writing Clarity: Ability to craft concise, intuitive copy for UI elements that improve user experience.
- User Empathy & Research: Understanding of user needs through research, testing, and data-driven insights.
- Content Strategy: Experience planning and managing content across user journeys for consistency and brand alignment.
- Information Architecture: Strong organizational skills to structure content logically and support seamless navigation.
- Design Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Figma and collaboration within design systems.
- Brand Voice & Tone Management: Proven ability to maintain brand consistency across UX and marketing content.
- Analytics & Conversion Optimization: Ability to interpret user data to refine copy and enhance engagement.
- Documentation & Governance: Skilled at writing clear content guidelines and usage documentation for cross-functional teams.
- Accessibility & Inclusivity: Understanding of WCAG standards and best practices for inclusive language.
- Collaboration & Influence: Excellent communication and soft skills; capable of influencing peers and stakeholders across disciplines.
- Marketing Acumen: Understanding of marketing strategy and go-to-market practices to align UX messaging with brand and business objectives.
Preferred Background
- 4+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy roles.
- Background in marketing, digital design, or communications.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise or retail digital environments (e.g., e-commerce, mobile app ecosystems).
- Familiarity with agile workflows and design systems at scale.
