Job Description
Senior Oracle Functional Consultant – Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
We are hiring experienced Senior Oracle Functional Consultants with expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). This position will support critical financial operations while helping drive enhancements, process improvements, and issue resolution across Oracle Financials.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support and issue resolution for Oracle EBS R12 AP and AR modules.
- Investigate and resolve defects, configuration issues, and process gaps.
- Design and implement functional enhancements that align with business requirements.
- Support invoice processing, payment runs, cash receipts, collections, and related financial workflows.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, configuration documentation, and functional specifications.
- Partner with technical teams on reporting, integrations, interfaces, and system customizations.
- Participate in testing efforts, including unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize financial processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience.
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Experience with Oracle Payments, AutoInvoice, and Cash Management.
- Ability to write functional specifications and support end-user training initiatives.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Oracle EBS R12 certification in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.
- Experience supporting production support environments and operational ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Operations & Maintenance (O&M) or post-go-live ERP environments.
- Experience working directly with finance and accounting stakeholders.
Additional Information
- Remote opportunity with preference for candidates located in the DMV area.
- Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone business hours.
- Occasional onsite travel may be required.
- Candidates must be available onsite during their first week of onboarding.
