Digital Marketing Operations Coordinator – Brand Experience

6-12 month contract with likelihood of extension and/or conversion

Hybrid Role – Columbus, OH

Compensation: $22-$24/HR

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the day-to-day operational execution of marketing initiatives across various Brand Experience channels, including email, website, push notifications, and app. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing Jira tickets, translating strategic direction into actionable briefs, and tracking progress to ensure timely and accurate delivery. You will collaborate closely with Marketing Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and quality assurance of all marketing initiatives. Additional responsibilities include maintaining campaign documentation and trackers, identifying opportunities for process improvement, attending seasonal planning meetings, and providing feedback to enhance execution accuracy. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting both seasonal and weekly marketing campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support day-to-day operational execution across Brand Experience channels, including email, site, push, and app, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Create and manage Jira tickets and workflows for all channels, translating strategic direction into clear, actionable briefs; track progress and help ensure deadlines are met for both seasonal and weekly work.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations teams to ensure flawless execution and quality assurance (QA) of all marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Brand Experience teammates and cross-functional partners to align on priorities and support campaign execution.
  • Maintain and update reference tools, trackers, and documentation supporting seasonal campaigns and weekly launches.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and team efficiencies across the Brand Experience function.
  • Attend seasonal planning meetings to understand strategies and provide feedback with the goal of enabling execution with an exceptional level of accuracy.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience supporting operational execution across multiple marketing channels (email, site, push, app).
  • Proficiency in Jira ticket creation, workflow management, and tracking project progress for both recurring and ad hoc initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Marketing Operations and cross-functional teams, including the ability to align on priorities and support campaign execution.
  • Ability to maintain and update campaign documentation, trackers, and reference tools for both seasonal and weekly marketing activities.
  • Demonstrated process improvement and workflow optimization abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying efficiencies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality marketing initiatives.
