Business Analyst
Remote Role (Initial Training Onsite)
This is a primarily remote role following several weeks of onsite training.
Compensation: $25 – $32 per hour
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise initiatives by leading projects from concept through implementation, with a focus on driving business process improvements, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. In this strategic role, you will partner with stakeholders across all organizational levels to evaluate business needs, develop reporting solutions, monitor program performance, and ensure projects deliver measurable business value. The position is primarily remote after initial onsite training and is ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from defining business needs and gathering requirements to implementation and rollout
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and business strategies to support projects, initiatives, and operational performance
- Analyze program and category performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
- Establish, track, and report key performance metrics to measure project success and business impact
- Research best practices, industry standards, and business requirements to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Partners, Senior Managers, Directors, and business leaders
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business objectives
- Support cross-functional teams and assist senior leadership with project coordination and reporting
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience leading business initiatives or projects from planning through implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and recommend process improvements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience with executive-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
