This dual-impact leadership role combines high-level strategic execution with operational oversight, managing high-visibility external partners and supervising, coaching, and elevating a team of Project Managers. You will be responsible for delivering your own portfolio of projects with excellence while acting as a function multiplier\u2014raising performance, standards, and delivery consistency across the entire PM team. The Senior Project Manager is expected to drive process improvements, ensure delivery consistency, proactively mitigate risks, and foster a collaborative, detail-oriented culture. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with 5-10 years of creative agency project or account management experience, strong knowledge of project management tools, and a passion for elevating team performance.<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#39;LL DO<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from conception to successful execution<\/li>\n<li>Manage and cultivate relationships with high-visibility external partners and workstreams, ensuring a seamless, premium, and consistent partner experience<\/li>\n<li>Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of Project Managers to maximize professional growth, elevate performance, and ensure delivery consistency<\/li>\n<li>Oversee risk mitigation and governance across multiple projects, proactively anticipating and addressing risks to ensure institutional alignment<\/li>\n<li>Analyze workflows, introduce process improvements, and optimize project management methodologies to drive operational excellence<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate capacity planning, resourcing, and project forecasting for the project management function<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update project documentation, decision logs, and workflow guidelines to ensure transparency and alignment<\/li>\n<li>Onboard and manage freelance resources as needed, supporting flexible project delivery<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams, leadership, and clients, eliminating ambiguity and ensuring clear messaging<\/li>\n<li>Handle administrative tasks, including meeting coordination and operational support, to keep projects and teams running smoothly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-10 years of project or account management experience in a creative agency environment<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with project management and workflow tools (e.g., Airtable preferred; Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Smartsheet, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of capacity planning, resourcing, and project forecasting methodologies<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead highly complex, cross-functional initiatives and manage high-visibility external partners<\/li>\n<li>Experience mentoring, coaching, and supervising project management team members to maximize their growth and output<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively navigate roadblocks and resolve issues<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication and change management skills to ensure clear, consistent messaging across teams<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Experience onboarding and managing freelance resources to support project needs<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain and update documentation, decision logs, and workflow guidelines for process transparency<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative mindset with adaptability to reassess and refine processes as the agency evolves<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of creative production processes, including design, copywriting, and development<\/li>\n<li>Curiosity and a drive to understand the &quot;why&quot; behind decisions, facilitating conversations and eliminating ambiguity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">#LI-AU1<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":82,"template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Englewood, Colorado","_application":"applications@staffingfuture.com","_company_name":"Calculated Hire","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[7],"class_list":["post-1356","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-contract-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Senior Project Manager, Englewood Colorado<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Senior Project Manager, Englewood Colorado - Search the latest jobs from Calculated Hire.
