Our client is a full-service, in-house ad agency dedicated to delivering high-impact creative grounded in business knowledge, creative expertise, and a passion for their brands. As a Mid-level Designer, you will play a key role in shaping entertainment industry marketing assets, supporting brand evolution, and contributing to enterprise event initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Denver\/Englewood area, offering the opportunity to fast-track your career growth while working alongside a dynamic team of copywriters, graphic designers, and creative strategists. You\u2019ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, pushing creative boundaries and delivering exceptional results across digital, social, print, and broadcast platforms.\n<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#39;LL DO<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Navigate a diverse range of design projects, from innovative conceptual thinking to cutting-edge digital production, across digital, social, print, and broadcast platforms<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple design projects simultaneously under the guidance of an Art Director, ensuring timely and flawless execution<\/li>\n<li>Understand client vision, requirements, and expectations, translating them into unique, effective, and on-brand designs<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams\u2014including copywriters, strategists, and other designers\u2014to bring creative concepts to life that elevate the brand and drive engagement<\/li>\n<li>Apply knowledge of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to generate fresh, innovative ideas and solutions<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the implementation and testing of new design tools and processes to improve team efficiency and output quality<\/li>\n<li>Utilize generative technology and AI tools to create conceptual work and refine it into polished, professional-grade creative assets that meet evolving industry trends<\/li>\n<li>Maintain high proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for all aspects of design execution<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail throughout the design process<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the ongoing evolution of brand and enterprise event initiatives, supporting the agency\u2019s mission to deliver high-impact creative solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years of relevant experience working in-house or at an agency<\/li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to work in-office 5 days a week at the Englewood location<\/li>\n<li>Online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of strategic design and advertising projects, demonstrating proficiency in design thinking and articulation<\/li>\n<li>High proficiency in Figma, including components and design libraries<\/li>\n<li>High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with generative models (e.g., Nano Banana, Midjourney) and LLMs (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) for creative ideation and execution<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, gChat, Meet)<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work quickly on tight timelines with flawless execution<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Organized and focused approach to executing design concepts<\/li>\n<li>Experience with animation\/motion design and project management tools is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Creative problem-solver and strong decision-maker who thrives on pushing creative boundaries and delivering exceptional results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":82,"template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Englewood, Colorado","_application":"applications@staffingfuture.com","_company_name":"Calculated Hire","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[7],"class_list":["post-1357","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-contract-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Designer II, Englewood Colorado<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Designer II, Englewood Colorado - Search the latest jobs from Calculated Hire.
