This direct placement role is responsible for managing and administering equity compensation programs across the United States and Canada, including equity plan administration, tax cash clearing, general ledger accounting, and ensuring the accurate recording and reconciliation of all equity-related payroll and tax obligations. The ideal candidate is a payroll professional who has developed strong equity accounting knowledge and understands how equity events flow through payroll, taxes, and the general ledger.
