This role will partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while ensuring positions move effectively through the recruitment lifecycle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple requisitions simultaneously, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><u>Key Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates and build strong talent pipelines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Create, post, and optimize job advertisements across multiple platforms.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support recruitment goals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling logistics between candidates and interview panels.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing status updates and next steps.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Provide hiring managers with regular updates regarding candidate pipelines, interview activity, and recruitment progress.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Manage and maintain job requisitions within Workday, including opening, updating, and closing positions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Assist with offer preparation and related hiring activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Initiate and monitor pre-employment requirements, including background checks and onboarding documentation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Utilize Workday and Microsoft 365 applications to track recruiting activity, maintain records, and manage workflows.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain accurate recruitment tracking reports and spreadsheets, ensuring real-time visibility into candidate status and requisition progress.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Collaborate with internal communications teams on social media and employer branding initiatives, particularly for hard-to-fill roles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Prepare recruitment metrics, reports, and status updates for leadership as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Follow established recruiting processes, standard operating procedures, and compliance requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Ensure all recruitment activities align with applicable employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and increase operational efficiency.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Represent the organization at recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach activities as assigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Perform other duties as assigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><u>Required Qualifications<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Bachelor&#39;s degree and at least one (1) year of professional Human Resources experience; <\/span><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">OR<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Master&#39;s degree in Human Resources, Industrial\/Organizational Psychology, Public Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field and at least one (1) year of professional Human Resources experience;
