Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll data, collaborating with regional payroll partners, and supporting legislative requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work with leading HR and payroll systems, including Workday and ADP GlobalView, and to drive process improvements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will build strong relationships with internal teams and external providers, resolve payroll-related inquiries, and contribute to the ongoing success of our international payroll operations.<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#39;LL DO<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Process and load HR and Time &amp; Attendance interface files from Workday to GlobalView for assigned country payrolls.<\/li>\n<li>Input manual changes and adjustments into the payroll system as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Audit assigned country payrolls to ensure inputs match calculation results, maintaining data accuracy and compliance with local legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Work directly with payroll provider (ADP) on required system changes, updates, and troubleshooting.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify and drive opportunities for process improvement within payroll operations.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong, collaborative relationships with team members, business partners, and leaders to understand and resolve business challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with regionally based payroll auditors to resolve associates\u2019 payroll-related questions and concerns in a timely and thoughtful manner.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively and escalate payroll issues appropriately to leads, supervisors, or managers.<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced, often-changing environment.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure quality results in all payroll processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate\u2019s or 4-year degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n<li>1-3+ years of payroll or related experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Workday and\/or ADP GlobalView preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and appropriately at all business levels.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to execute tasks and meet critical deadlines while managing multiple competing priorities.<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail, meticulous follow-through, and a commitment to quality results.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative approach and ability to build strong partnerships with business partners and team members.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and resiliency.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to balance timely completion and resolution of tasks with accuracy and thoroughness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>#LI-ND1<\/p>\n<p>#LI-HYBRID<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":82,"template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"New Albany, Ohio","_application":"applications@staffingfuture.com","_company_name":"Calculated Hire","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[7],"class_list":["post-1675","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-contract-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Payroll Auditor - International Stores, New Albany Ohio<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Payroll Auditor - International Stores, New Albany Ohio - Search the latest jobs from Calculated Hire.
